Final Sale Policy
Please note that all purchases at Mishabi are considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items once they have been purchased. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, and equipment.
Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at themishabi@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and strive to make it right.
Indian Union 2-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding our final sale policy, if merchandise is being shipped into the Indian Union customers have the right to cancel their order within 2 days for any reason and without justification. However, the item must be in the same condition that you received unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
